We offer handmade soaps and skincare products made from organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. All ingredients and products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website.
  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to process orders within 2 business days.
  • Exceptions are made for our tallow balms during the hottest months of the year (June-September), which we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays unless insulated packaging is selected at checkout. This ensures that our balms do not sit in a hot warehouse over the weekends.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days for a replacement or refund.
