Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to process orders within 2 business days.
• Exceptions are made for our tallow balms during the hottest months of the year (June-September), which we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays unless insulated packaging is selected at checkout. This ensures that our balms do not sit in a hot warehouse over the weekends.
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
