Subscription Policy
When you subscribe with Dragon Creek Ranch, you’re joining our Farm Soap Club or starting a recurring subscription to one of our soaps. All subscriptions are managed through Bold Subscriptions, meaning you can easily access, pause, or change your subscription from your customer account.
Billing
- Individual Product Subscriptions: Billed on the date you subscribe, and then on that same day each renewal cycle. Orders ship promptly after each renewal.
- Farm Soap Club: Billed on the 15th day of each month, with shipments sent out during the following week.
- Charges will continue automatically until you update or cancel your subscription through your customer portal.
Shipping & Delivery
- Subscription shipping is currently available within the United States only.
- Shipping is always free for Farm Soap Club subscribers. Regular product subscriptions receive 10% off plus $5 shipping.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Managing Your Subscription
Subscribers have the flexibility to manage their plan via the Bold Subscriptions portal:
- Product Subscriptions: You may skip a shipment, swap to a different soap, or cancel at any time.
- Farm Soap Club: You may skip a month, but selections are curated by our farm and cannot be swapped individually. Each month’s soap is chosen by us based on season, availability, and inspiration.
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment and shipping details are current.
Cancellations
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime.
- Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be refunded.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of handmade skincare, we do not accept returns on subscription products.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ranchdragoncreek @ gmail .com
- Proof of damage (photo) may be required for replacement.
- No refunds will be issued for shipments sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
Failed Payments
If your payment method on file declines, you’ll receive an email notification. Please update your payment method promptly to keep your subscription active. Orders will not ship until payment is successfully processed.
Small Batch & Seasonal Variations
All soaps are handmade in small batches on our family farm in Northwest Georgia. Variations in color, design, or scent strength are natural. By subscribing, you acknowledge that each month’s soaps may vary slightly, especially in the Farm Soap Club curation.
